CliqCoverage is an insurance-shopping, matching, and lead-generation service. We collect information you provide and use it to help identify insurance options and to connect you with participating businesses that may be interested in your business. CliqCoverage is not an insurance company and does not issue policies, set premiums, or bind coverage.

4. No guarantee of matches or results

Submitting information does not guarantee any:

• Match with any business
• Particular number of matches
• Insurance quote, price, or premium
• Eligibility, approval, coverage, or availability
• Savings of any kind

5. No guarantee of market coverage

We do not represent that we search every insurance company, product, or option available to you. What you see depends on participating businesses, your information, your location, and other factors.

6. Third-party businesses

You may be connected with third-party businesses. We do not control and are not responsible for their underwriting, pricing, coverage or eligibility decisions, availability, websites, products, services, or privacy practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

7. Insurance decisions are yours

Nothing displayed by CliqCoverage is an insurance binder, policy, offer of coverage, or professional advice. Before purchasing insurance, review the actual policy terms, exclusions, limits, premiums, and information about the company or agency offering it.

8. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your vehicle, and not to submit information about another person without their permission.

9. Communications and consent

The consent disclosure shown at the point of submission describes the contact you are agreeing to receive and controls that agreement. You may revoke consent at any time on our opt-out page.

10. Intellectual property

The CliqCoverage site, its content, design, software, and branding are owned by Metrix Holdings, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial insurance shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or automated form submissions
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to abuse the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its data
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Ordinary browsing and use of the questionnaire are of course permitted.

12. Links to other sites

The service may link to advertiser or provider websites. Those sites are not operated by us, and we are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Metrix Holdings, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the service. 15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metrix Holdings, LLC and its affiliates from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable consumer-protection law of your home state provides otherwise.

17. Disputes

If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration and do not waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
